Residential Habilitation
LVCC provides supervised community based residential services in integrated community living arrangements. LVCC focuses on individuals choices, health and safety while providing supports to individuals as they achieve their goals and create a long-term home.
in home and community SUPPORT
LVCC provides in home and community support to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. Our goals and supports are aimed at building an individual's independence and ensuring health and safety. Supports also include companion services and assistance with house hold chores through the home maker/chore program. Supports also offer assistance in learning daily living skills, such as meal preparation, food shopping, and laundry.
employment
Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism deserve the opportunity to work or own a business. LVCC is dedicated to ensuring that individuals have a sense of pride and self esteem with gainful employment or business ownership.
RESPITE care
LVCC provides Respite Care Services to individuals when their family members or caregivers need a break to care for themselves, take a vacation, relax or even deal with everyday stresses. Respite care can be provided in an individual's home or in one of LVCC homes.
COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION SUPPORT
LVCC's Community Participation Support services offers opportunity to individuals to build, develop and enhance their skills while promoting community inclusion. This promotes an individual's independence, an active life and builds an individual's interests. Not only are employment and volunteers goals supported but also community involvement.
BEHAVIOR SUPPORT
LVCC offers Behavior Support Services that are aimed at developing an individual's adaptive and functional skills. A Behavior Plan is created for individuals based on their everyday goals and challenges. Staff are trained on the individuals Behavior Support Plan to better support them as they improve their skills.
